Both your salespeople and your managers will have the opportunity to take advantage of structured, one-to-one coaching on an as-needed basis. Since there will be some people who would be more comfortable sharing their specific challenges, goals and concerns in more of a confidential setting with their coach, participants will receive individual support regarding their own development so they can better implement and retain what they have learned, while being coached around timely issues they are faced with daily.

This option includes monthly office hours, training, consulting, advising and support as well as one-to-one coaching or team coaching via the telephone.
